Digiflowmart License Agreement

Overview

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Digiflowmart, represented by Digiflowmart, whose contact information is support@digiflowmart.com , and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the downloadable software, templates, and SaaS applications ("Products") available at https://digiflowmart.com (the "Website"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Products, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Types

1.1 Individual License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Digiflowmart grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Individual License to use the Products for the following purposes:

• Create unlimited projects for personal use.
• Develop and deploy applications or websites for personal or commercial purposes.

1.2 Team License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Digiflowmart grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Team License to use the Products for the following purposes:

• Create unlimited projects as part of a team.
• Collaborate with other team members to build and develop applications or websites.
• Share the codebase with other licensed team members.

2. Usage Restrictions

Licensee agrees not to:

• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Products.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Products.
• Use the Products in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the Products or any rights granted under this Agreement to any third party.
• Share the license with individuals or companies that are not part of the licensed team.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

Digiflowmart retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Products. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the Products.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

The Products provided by Digiflowmart are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Digiflowmart does not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digiflowmart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Products, even if Digiflowmart has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Digiflowmart concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
